We have had another busy week being nature detectives and finding out all about Autumn. We went on an Autumn walk and brought back lots of evidence that it is, in fact, now Autumn.
We have also enjoyed a story called Pumpkin Soup by Helen Cooper. We have retold the story with puppets and made up our own stories too. Now we want to find out a bit more about the sort of animals that live in our country and might hibernate.
In the story the animals were not good at taking turns. So we showed them how it is done when we made some pumpkin soup too. Big thanks go to Mrs Walton for growing us lots of pumpkins to cook with and explore.
